Members can only be individuals. There are three kind of members:

a) Members: Actual owners of a Banjer 37 Motorsailer, anywhere in the world. This is a "per se" membership and gives the right to attend the Meetings and Gatherings of the Club, as well as receive information about the life of the Club, the right to get his/her Banjer listed at the "Trading Area" section of this site for free, etc. If you are a Banjer owner anywhere in the world, you need only to confirm the Club about your intention of becoming a member, just providing the Board with your personal data and your Banjer's.

b) Supporting Members, actual Banjer 37 Motorsailer Club members, willing to support the Club by paying the 50 Euros three-years fee, as approved at the 2004 & 2007 Members Assemblies. Also Banjer's enthousiastical individuals, other than Banjer owners, may become supporting members, when specifically accepted by the Board of Directors under certain considerations.

c) Honorary Members: Individuals, other than Banjer 37 owners, who have standed out for their special contribution in helping the Banjer 37 Motorsailer Club. Nominated by the Board of Directors and accepted by the Members Assembly.

Special recognition categories:

1) BMC Friends: Helpful individuals to the Banjer Club and Banjer matters enthousiastics. Not properly members, but we recognize and appreciate their friendship, love for Banjers and/or help to the BMC. May be invited to Club's Meetings and other events. May become supporting members, under specific consideration and acceptance by the Board.

2) BMC Partners: Friendly entities, who help the Club to fulfill its Mission.

Membership is totally for free!

Members willing to support the Club by becoming Supporting Members for the Sept 2007 - Aug 2010 period (50 Euros), please:

1.- If inside Holland, transfer the money to the Club account, informing afterwards The Treasurer:

2.1.- Use the previous bank account to transfer money, with all charges on your side please, or....

2.2.- Send the money in bank notes by surface mail to The Treasurer. Contact him for details. (More risky, but preferred). No checks, please.

Confidentiality

All personal information provided by the members is confidential and will be used solely and strictly for the internal use of the Club.

Unless authorized, no private information on any particular member will be divulged in the public pages by any means, except the boat's name & photos for this site's purposes.

At password protected private pages we'll publish the name and e-mail addresses of members, as well as the main specs of their Banjers, to allow for personal contacts among them. Those e-mail addresses have been provided with some protections to try to avoid their capturing by the crawling machines of the Spammers.

Home adresses and telephone numbers will be delivered only to other members by direct surface mail and also by means of a periodically edited CD with all BMC info, to allow for contacts with members who have not e-mail.

If a member wants nothing from him/her to be posted, either in the public or private pages, or the CD, we'll absolutely respect his/her instructions. Just tell us.

Posting Policy

We'll post letters, messages, info and graphic material sent to us, at the Club's only criterion.

The Club is not responsible for the opinion of authors.
